The owner, agents or employees of Party Wizard 4 Kids cc, will not be held liable for any claim that might arise, as a result of the hire, purchase or any other use of equipment supplied by the company. The hirer hereby accepts liability for any damage or loss to the inflatable unit's) listed/hired whilst in his/her care and furthermore agrees that;

• Children should not be allowed within a 2m radius of the motor under any circumstances

• No shoes, sharp objects, pets, food, drinks or eating utensils shall be allowed on the inflatable unit

• The customer acknowledges that it is necessary at all times to have a responsible adult in attendance to supervise children and undertakes to ensure strict compliance herewith, simultaneously indemnifying Party Wizard 4 Kids against any claim arising out of any damage sustained by any persons utilizing the inflatable and/or motor.

• No water shall be allowed on the jumping castle unit accept for the water splash slides

• Inflatable's are to be erected/inflated on grass surfaces free of stones, glass and any sharp objects. Please ensure you have checked the area for these as they can cause damage to the jumping castles

• Animals are to be kept away from all items which includes the inflatable's, motors, tables and chairs.

• Party Wizard 4 Kids does supply each castle with 15 metres of extension lead. Power points are the responsibility of the hirer.

• The customer will be liable for any damage/theft of the equipment whilst in their care. All damages incurred to inflatable's or motor while in possession of the hirer will be payable by the hirer unless mutually agreed upon in writing by both parties. The equipment will be the responsibility of the hirer until returned and checked by the Company. It is therefore asked that the equipment is not left outside overnight.

• Party Wizard 4 Kids will not be held responsible for any associated rental, stall fees, entry fees or any other such expenses that might be incurred as a result of the hire of equipment.

• No adults are permitted on the inflatable's unless designed and advertised as such. (Please respect our equipment and enjoy responsibly so that others may too!)

• Do not climb on the sides of Jumping Castles as they will tear, rendering the equipment useless

• All equipment to be used at OWN RISK

Payment Structure

• A R200 deposit is payable to secure your booking.

• Cash deposits or Electronic transfer are the preferred method of payment - no cheques will be accepted.

• The balance of your order is payable in cash to the supplier on the day of delivery, please ensure the correct amount, in cash, is available as the jumping castle or items hired will not be left at venue without payment being made upfront

• A cancellation fee may be levied at management's discretion should booking be cancelled 48 hours before the event.

• As the weather is out of our control, Party Wizard 4 Kids cc will not refund monies paid if you are unable to use the inflatable's for any reason whatsoever.
We will however accept a postponed date at which the balance owing will be payable on the new delivery date"

• We reserve the right to refuse delivery should payment not be made or should the area be beyond our business scope.
